5 Strange Creatures That Actually Exist

We are always on the lookout for stories about strange creatures and unexplained mysteries on earth. In doing so we came across a number of strange creatures that actually exist on earth and some of them are quite bizarre.

The Blob Fish

The blob fish was voted The Worlds Ugliest Animal on 2013. You can the blob fish in the waters of Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand. They are sadly becoming endangered due to deep sea fishing.

The Frilled Shark

The Frilled Shark looks like something right out of Sci-Fi movie. It can be found in the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean and boasts 300 razor sharp teeth.

The Poodle Moth

The Venezuelan poodle moth is a new species of moth that was only discovered in 2009.

The Mantis Shrimp

The Mantis Shrimp isn’t to be fooled with. They sport powerful sharp claws that they use to tear apart their prey. Some larger ones have also been known to break aquarium glass. Mantis Shrimp photo

The Aye Aye

The Aye Aye is a Madagascar lemur that acts like a woodpecker burrowing into trees with its sharp teeth looking for grubs. Love the eyes.

Cloaked Figure Mystery

Update: After the exposure this story received on social media a mother and daughter have come forward and stated that this was all related to a school project. – Source

An unexplained cloaked figure mystery is circling the internet this week. A photo taken from what could be an apartment complex in Gaston, NC shows a mysterious cloaked figure near the woods. There were reports that residents were finding bags of raw meat nearby as well adding to the speculation of a pagan ritual being performed. Others snuffed it off as a prank and police stated they were paying little attention to the reports.

Lee County Lizard Man Reappears

The famous Lee County Lizard Man has resurfaced this week with two whiteness stating that they have seen the green monster in Bishop County. The first report included a video and the 2nd a photo from a person named Sarah. She contacted news sources saying she saw the creature on her way to church.

For those not familiar, the Lizard Man is said to live in the swamps of Lee County, South Carolina. The Lizard is reported to be 7 ft tall with scaly skin and have three fingers on each hand, three toes and a tail. The first sighting goes back to 1988. You can read more at Wiki.

Is Loch Ness Monster a Catfish?

Is the Loch Ness Monster a Catfish? That is what one researcher is now stating after devoting a good piece of his time to finding the elusive Nessie. Steve Feltham has spent 25 years chasing after the Loch Ness Monster and at the end of it all he believes that she nothing more than a wels catfish.

The wels catfish is know to grow a big as 16 feet and weigh up to 600 pounds. This would certainly put it in the size and weight class of the Loch Ness Monster. The wel catfish is seen more in Italy or Spain but are seen around the world. Skeptics state that this doesn’t account for the elongated neck that we see in the famous photos.

Strange Asphalt Gray Creature Reported in Ohio

A resident of Mufon, Ohio reported back in December of 2014 of a strange creature that darted in front of his car on a dark road near Highland County.

The witness describes the creature as being 7′ tall with gray colored skin, muscular legs with knees that appeared to be backwards and no arms. The creature appeared to be leaned forwards as it ran into the woods. The witness sketched the creature when he arrived home.

Baby Bigfoot Raised by Woman

A 70 year old woman from Louisiana has claimed that she raised a Bigfoot baby that she found in a swamp. L. Melacetti, 70, says that she found the baby Sasquatch in a Louisiana swamp and helped raised it between the years 1964 and 1972.

She states that she nursed him back to health over a three day period feeding him goat’s milk and tomatoes. After the three day period she let him go back into the woods but he would often come back to visit her and even bringing another Bigfoot on other occaisions.

“When people in town began using them CB radios, the Bigfoots didn’t visit as much. Then I had to move out because of my age, but I know they are still there, a big group of Bigfoots. I taught them about hunters and other people that might hurt them and not to trust any humans. I shouldn’t be telling you this, but…maybe my old age betrayed me.” Source

When pressed for photographic evidence she states that she does have some but it is hidden away. She may publish memoirs someday and that she has friend who is aware of her experiences.

Woman in Black Mystery

Recently a mysterious woman in black has been seen walking through several US States and it is causing an internet stir. The woman now identified as Elizabeth Poles, 56, of Motts, Alabama has made a trek from Alabama to Virginia shrouded in all black clothing.

There has been much speculation as to the purpose of her travel from a religious quest, a bible quest or just mentally ill. Here we have footage of her arguing with a group in a parking lot.

If you watch this BBC video in which they tried to get an interview towards the end they bring a few things to light. She recently lost both her husband and father and that this isn’t the first time she has gone on long walks according to her brother.

At any rate she seems to be raising awareness and bringing groups of people together to support her quest. We just aren’t 100% sure what that is.

10,000 Year Old Cave Paintings of Aliens Found In India

India is reporting that they have found 10,000 year old cave paintings depicting UFO’s and aliens. The paintings were found in the Charama region of the Kanker district in tribal Bastar region.

“The findings suggest that humans in prehistoric times may have seen or imagined beings from other planets which still create curiosity among people and researchers. Extensive research is needed for further findings. Chhattisgarh presently doesn’t have any such expert who could give clarity on the subject,” Bhagat told TOI. Source

Local people still share stories of ancestors that spoke of smaller people that would descend from the sky in round flying objects. They also say that these “aliens” would take people from the village and those people would never return.

Giant Hole at Worlds End

In a strange occurrence a helicopter crew in Russia has found a giant hole at Worlds End. The Worlds End is the name given to Yamal which is a peninsula in Russia. Yamal translates into the words “the end of the world”.

The hole is estimated to me 80m wide and has researchers stumped. The dark area around the edge of the hole indicates that a burning has taken place and has led to much speculation. Among the ideas being floated around are weapons testing, alien landings and possible meteorites.
